Cancellation Policy
A deposit secured with a credit card for 50% of reserved accommodation is required at time of booking. Your deposit will be refunded, minus a $35 administration fee, provided you cancel 7 or more days prior to booking or if the room is rebooked.

We accept MasterCard and VISA.

Reservation Confirmation
When you make a reservation at Entwood the process is as follows:
~ Credit card information is taken over the telephone
~ You will receive a confirmation email after you book your stay
~ This email will also have PDF attachments
   ~ driving directions to Entwood from Highway 11 in South River 
   ~ map to Entwood from South River
   ~ Waiver for use of the trails ~ please read, sign and bring with you
   ~ link to our policies
~ In the rare event that you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.

check in after 3 p.m and check out by 11 a.m.
 
Driving Directions
To ensure the privacy of our guests, driving directions will be emailed to registered guests. 

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside; outside only.

Children
Children are welcome. We do ask that parents supervise their children.
 
Pets
We have three friendly dogs. We are pet-friendly. Dogs must be supervised by their owners and any damage caused by a pet will be at the expense of their owners.

Trail Use
When one participates in outdoor wilderness activities there are inherent risks, therefore, a liability waiver must be signed to use the trails at Entwood. We accept no responsibility for the use of the trails or equipment.

No Cost 2 day Outdoor Adventure Insurance is available to all members of Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC) through Cooperators Insurance. Extended insurance is also available at a nominal fee. There is a $5 membership fee to join MEC.  For more information on travel insurance please click here.

No outdoor footwear worn inside the Bed and Breakfast.
